Here is the following information regarding the use of eBooks purchased from meBOOK Store.

All products sold on meBOOK Store are digital products that can only be accessed through the meBOOK app. Physical delivery is not provided, and purchased products can be viewed and used immediately within the app after purchase.

Please note that refunds or exchanges are not available for the cases described below, so be sure to review this notice carefully before making a purchase.

1. Supported Devices for the meBOOK App

- The meBOOK app is available on iOS and Android smartphones and tablets. (PC devices are not supported.)

- A maximum of two devices can be logged in simultaneously per account.

- Android : Google Play Store > Search “meBOOK”

2. Minimum System Requirements

[Tablets]

- iPad: iOS 16.0 or later

- Android Tablet: Android 8.0 or later

[Smartphones]

- iPhone: iOS 16.0 or later

- Android Phone: Android 8.0 or later

3. Important Notes When Using the meBOOK App

(1) Offline Access

All downloaded eBooks can be used offline without an internet connection.

However, content access may be restricted if the app remains offline for more than 7 days.

Also, An internet connection is required to download new eBooks.

(2) Service Usage Records

The meBOOK app only records the following information:

① Whether purchased eBooks have been downloaded or opened

② Whether PDF files have been imported into the meBOOK app

③ Study activity information such as learning time within the app

Please note that personal data such as imported PDF contents, handwritten notes, highlights, or annotations created by users are not separately reviewed or stored.

(3) Deleting Notes and Data

① Downloaded products moved to the Trash will be stored for 30 days. 
    If permanently deleted from the Trash, all handwritten notes and annotations will also be permanently deleted.

② If the meBOOK app is deleted from the device, all handwritten notes and annotations will also be deleted permanently and cannot be restored after reinstalling the app. 
If you experience issues using purchased products due to an app error, please contact customer support through 1:1 Inquiry before deleting the app.

(4) Copyright Protection

All products sold on meBOOK Store are protected by copyright and are intended for personal use only. 

The following actions are restricted:

① Printing, exporting, sharing, collaboration, or co-editing of products is not allowed. 
    However, printing and exporting may be available only for products with printing permission. 
    (iOS version 1.5.1 or later / Android version 1.8.1 or later)

② Screenshots are not allowed for all products.

③ Editing eBooks, including copying or deleting pages, is not allowed.

(5) Refund Policy

Refunds are available within 7 days of purchase only if the purchased product has not been downloaded in the meBOOK app.

Refunds are not available in the following cases:

① More than 7 days have passed since the purchase date

② The product has already been downloaded in the meBOOK app

③ The product was purchased as a free item

④ The account has been deleted or withdrawn

4. Important Notes for Linking the meBOOK Store and App

(1) Account Matching

When connecting the meBOOK Store and the meBOOK app, you must log in using the same account.

Examples:

- Social login on meBOOK Store = Same social login on meBOOK app (O)

- Email login on meBOOK Store = Same email login on meBOOK app (O)

- Social login(Gmail) on meBOOK Store ≠ Email login(Gmail) on meBOOK app (X)

(2) If you are an app user without meBOOK store registration, you can log in using the same account information used in the app proceeding the sign-up process. 

(3) To minimize unnecessary data collection, users are required to enter personal information only once during the first login after registration.

This information is required to purchase products from the meBOOK Store.

Collected Information:

- Name

- Date of Birth

- Gender

- Email Adress

5. Account Deletion

If you wish to delete your account, please use one of the following methods:

- meBOOK App > Settings > Account > Delete Account

- meBOOK Store > My Page > Edit Profile > Withdraw Membership

Please review the following information carefully before deleting your account.

(1) meBOOK Store Account Withdrawal

① When withdrawing from meBOOK Store, all account data including user information, purchase history, and download history will be permanently deleted and cannot be restored.

② Previously purchased eBooks cannot be downloaded again even if you register again with the same account.

③ All study records including notes, bookmarks, and images created in eBooks downloaded through the meBOOK app will also be permanently deleted.
   ※ Please note that certain information may be retained for a limited period if required by law or internal policies regarding abuse prevention and service misuse. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

(2) meBOOK App Account Deletion

① All uploaded textbook files and study notes created in the app will be permanently deleted.

② All study records including eBooks purchased from meBOOK Store, notes, bookmarks, and images will be permanently deleted.

③ Solved questions, captured materials, and saved link information will also be permanently deleted.

④ Deleting a meBOOK app account will also process membership withdrawal from meBOOK Store, and all purchased eBook information from the Store will be deleted. However, eBooks purchased from other services will not be deleted.

⑤ All deleted information cannot be restored even if you log in again using the same account information.

6. Customer Support

(1) meBOOK Store Inquiries

For inquiries related to meBOOK Store : meBOOK Store > My Page > 1:1 Inquiry

A notification email will be sent once a response has been completed.

(2) meBOOK App Inquiries

For inquiries related to the meBOOK app : meBOOK App > Settings > 1:1 Inquiry

A notification email will be sent once a response has been completed.

Please note that inquiries containing excessive profanity, abusive language, prohibited words, spam, or duplicate content may be deleted without prior notice.

The meBOOK app is continuously updated with new features and improvements. Please keep the app updated to the latest version for the best experience when using products purchased from meBOOK Store.
